At Palm Beach Regency, we take great pride in our curated collection of vintage and unique home furnishings. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our inventory, all sales are final, though we offer a 48-hour approval period for local boutique purchases.

Return Process

  Initial Inspection

  Thoroughly examine your vintage items upon delivery or pickup to ensure they meet your expectations and match our detailed condition reports.

  Contact Support

  If an item arrives damaged during transit, notify our team within 24 hours of receipt with detailed photographs of the piece and the packaging.

• 3.
  Damage Claims

  We will coordinate directly with the third-party shipping provider to initiate a claim and work toward a resolution, repair, or credit.

• 4.
  Local Approval Returns

  For local store purchases only, items may be returned within 48 hours for a full refund, provided they are in the same condition as when they left the showroom.
